I reached the maximum arrow point of public order of 200 % which is at 2500! I even plummeted to 202 %!

How come is this possible???

There are two ways to get public order: decorations and defense
Equals there are also two ways to lose public order: Population and unrest

If you have exactly 2500 PO and it shows 202 %, then it might be a bug, but I'm not sure

you can have over 200% of PO, I have +4'592 (236% of PO) and is not a bug the arrow just stops there
