I was wondering how I make my outpost look better on the map. I upgraded the keep and the walls, but the outpost still looks like it did when I first got it. 8|

For your outpost to look level 2 (wood and stone) the majority of the towers have to be level 2 for it to appear level 3 all towers have to be level 3 as well as the keep,gate and wall.

Actually, I followed what you said, but it still doesn't show up. The keep is level 2, the walls level 2, the gate level 2, and 3/4 towers are level 2.

to level 2 you need to upgrade 50% of your towers (if all of them are level 1) to level 2 have a level 2 keep and have level 2 walls and gate

There isn't. A level 60 near me has level 4 walls, gates and all level 4 towers in every castle and outpost but his outpost looks like a level 3 one. However, it looks slightly different with the main castle.
