After the level 4 keep is available, if you look at the defenses tab, there is no new locked slot, which upgrade to level 4 keep.
Because when you have level 2 keep, you have two wall slots and a locked third one that require level 3 keep.
So shouldn't the logic continue ? shouldn't we acquire an extra wall defense slot ?

I don't think it's wrong. GGS just haven't put in an extra slot because they didn't need to, and I agree with them. The only thing you can put in the keep are those dummies and they are rubbish. Low levels don't need them because few people espionage on them, high levels don't need them because 10 extra soldiers is nothing compared to their army. Apart from the ruby quests a while back, I haven't built any and certainly haven't bothered using any.
