so my bro is still in BP. and anyway he keeps getting these treasure chests on top of his castle?? maybe from attacking Robber barons or something? is that only for the BP?or is it something new??(

BP = Beginner Protection I assume, that's the time you get treasure chests. I remember getting them at the beginning, they soon stop (except for the Prime Day one which you have to buy 31,000 rubies to open). I think they're just gifts to help you get started and encourage you to keep playing.

It's nothing to do with BP. It's to do with being a low level. I think they stopped with me at about level 7/8 - that would probably have been on the second day of my protection.

It's actually based on the number of times you collect it, and how long it takes to load again.
I think it's 15s, 30s, 1min, 30min, 60min, 6hr, done

I thought that was a different thing. I thought we were talking about the chests that appear around the castle, with an exclamation mark on them saying "you have just won x resources" and ending up with the last chest costing rubies.

But with either one, it only appears when you have just started the game, and has nothing to do with BP, RBCs or anything else.

For me they stopped coming at lvl 11
