what is the great tournament?
A tournament to see who can get the most glory in the time set. There are prizes of coins of rubies if you participate, get in the top 100, and win. To get the participation prize, you must get a amount of glory (around 800). Hope this helps.

The tournament is helluva hard though, how can u get like 250k glory in 7 days if im lvl 38?

You're not expected to get 250K in 7 days if you're level 38. Even level 60s struggle to get that much.
