Depends what you mean. You're allowed to have multiple accounts as long as they are in DIFFERENT worlds. If you have more than one in a world, you'll get banned (note that sharing accounts and passwords are also forbidden).

yeah my point in asking is there seems to be a ton of multis in my world and it isnt right.
