Topic: [75968] why cant i retrieve my support troops

I recently sent support to an alliance member under attack, 100 in total which were successful in defending his outpost, the report came back as only 45 troops killed in the battle, im not sure if it only showed me my 45 or if this was 45 in total including my alliance members troops, however, since less troops died than were sent i have tried to retrieve my forces but cannot find anything that allows me to withdraw my support troops.. please help guys

If you look on the travelingview you can see the armies. Then look for your army. Then click on the white flag to retread your army.

nope, nothing on the screen apart from my current attacks and i cant see any other tab or button where they might be either

does this mean i have lost my troops ?

Do you see a little tent by the castle where your soldiers should be?

yes, but it only gives me the option to send more support, my only theory is something bugged and i lost my men, i have looked on every screen and i find nothing

Your theory is wrong - when your troop stationing is over, they will come back to you. This is what is supposed to happen. There is no bug.

Unless, of course, I'm misunderstanding something.

ok then, so i send over 100 troops, only 40ish gt killed in the attack and now i have no defenders ??? im confused, where did the rest go ?

Well just curious maybe this is a stupid questio, but it might help sometimes I have soldiers at my outpost and accidentally use my outpost for attacks maybe you did the same? Did you see if your outpost have the men?

i did check, but i saw the travel line going to my alliance member showing my support troops were on the way.. they have just disappeared

If there is a little tent and you click on it. You will see an picture which looks like a little castle with a red arow that pointed in the air. If you click on it your troops will return to your castle.

well, thanks for the help, but something must have gone seriously wrong then, cause nothing like that appears and the report clearly shows my troops didnt die... i guess they found love at my teamates castle and decided to make love not war

To bad that your soldiers decided not to fight any longer. Maybe your new trained army are more willing to fight. ^^
