Hi, in many of the threads, there are level 50+ players talking about how they get over 500 rubies per day, I cant figure out how though, if any of those players could tell me how, it would be greatly appreciated

Attack fortresses. I think this is really the main way. Of course, quests, RBCs etc. also help, but they're not the main source of income.

I have around 1000 attackers in my ice castle, so I can send around 3 or 4 attacks to the fortresses and earn 600 easy rubies with only ~200 loses, also attacking the RBC's give me some rubies, and there are othe NPC's around that give me lots of rubies too

okay thank you, just wondering though, since the fortresses have a global cooldown of several days, arent there too few for you to destroy? also, can you please burn the one near me, I dont like the attacks

there are 4 fortresses in a 30 distance around my castle, and they almost never attack after the update a few days ago 
and you are level 51, why you don't attack the fortress yourself, but now that I notice it we are at 50 distance away aaa413

personally I prefer attacking barb towers 20+ rubies per. I haven't gotten losses down on fortresses though so this may be why. My barb towers are also much closer.

No. Fortresses in other kingdoms. You unlock the first kingdom at level 25.

with 96 soldiers I beat a fortress losing 50, you don't need THAT much

I should add that unless you have veterans, you need barracks level 5 for 2HS and HCB. You can't do it with mace/spear (at least, not without MAJOR losses).

with veterans of course, there is a little bit of difference 8 more of power in melee and 6 in rangeed when using veterans, so veterans really don't make a big difference in this kind of battles, and aaa343 is level 51 anyways

I'm on a different world, so I didn't know what level aaa343 is/was. Besides, I wasn't just talking to him (or her) - more people than you, me and aaa will read this thread and some of them could have tried to take your advice and come back saying "I can't do it with 50 macemen and 50 crossbowmen".

I didn't said as an Advice first of all it's a personal experience

Fine, I misspoke. But people could have copied what you did, expecting to win, and then come back saying "I can't do it with 50 macemen and 50 crossbowmen - you liar".

I have sent 100 heavy soldiers (for the record I have a level 5 barracks in all castles except sand (level 4) and i dont have a fire peaks castle) and lost, there are no listed wall defenses, so i am confused as to how I lost, can someone please give me some advice on what to send?

Attack the middle and the weakest flank (I think there is flank flipping so be careful). Apart from that, just the obvious melee vs ranged and ranged vs melee. If there's more norse with ax, send more ranged.

I know all of that, that is basic attack tactics, you cant really get to level 51 with out knowing that, the problem is, that despite doing that, I still lose

You can get to level 60 without knowing melee vs ranged in attack, but it would just take longer to beat RBCs, take more soldiers to beat players etc.
I generally send a lot more than 100 - my last attack had about 200, so I don't really know how to do it with only 100 apart from the obvious things.
