Does anyony know how many level 3 guardhouses would you need for espionage and sabbing to be countered 100%.

that cannot be answered you can never have 0% of risk or 100% of risk of failing probably with 200 guards the risk will be so high people won't spy you

The minimum risk is always 5%. The maximum is always 95%.

you would need around 7 or 8 to avoid being spyed on
