How come I captured another persons outpost thats left the game and I dont have any control over it? My estate is level 2 but I cannot build anything. I can send troops to support it and transport resources. Also the other persons flag is still there and when I click on the castles info button it still says the persons name? How can I get full control?

That is becuase you have to wait 24 hours until its yours

yes you need to wait 24hrs before you take full control of your prize.
