How do I create my own alliance?

Also can I create an alliance while Im in an alliance?

How do I advance up to a higher command when in an allaince?

to make an alliance u will need to leave the one ur in once u have done thet click on the alliace simble the things will come up 'join an alliance' and 'make an alliance' click on 'make an alliance' on the nxt page u will see all the stuff it costs its very cheap but it costs 300 rubies click on the make alliance butten i think

no u can not make an alliance well u are in an alliance

talk to ur leader about geting more rank, each and every alliance has diffrent ways they promote people if that makes sense lol
