So, the leader of the alliance I am in happened to become ruins! the second guy made as general because also ruins! and I was the third made as general. Now both are ruins and im the only general standing still I havent got the leader position for some reason rumors are that the leader never passed down his position in case something like that happened someone would become a new leader! is this true? or later on im going to become leader automatically? if its true what can I do? Is there a way to kick them out or remove them from their position like GGS could do that?

You will have to wait a little longer. I think some time this week it will happen as there is an update.
