WHY DOES HONOUR POINTS I GAIN KEEP DCREASING?? is it because of regular raiding? how can i get high honour points again?

Some times its because u r attacking someone with such less honor, when u attack him ur honor decreases. Other times its because someone has attacked u and u lost.

So you're saying that you don't get as much honor from an attack as you used to? That's normal. While GGE hasn't told us exactly how honor is calculated, you get more honor for attacks on players that have similar or higher honor than you do. Hence, as your honor increases, you'll have to find targets with higher honor to keep gaining it.
