Hi everyone,
If some player will turn into ruins can his alliance still send him support to protect his outposts?

Why would you send support to a player who turned into ruins?
If a player turns into ruins it means that he/she has not played the game for his level + 1 days.

They still keep him the in the alliance i would like to get his outpost but his alliance is strong everytime they sent him more than 3000 troops to support and its hard to break thats why i am asking i don't wanna loose another 900 troops
also in his player introduction page there is no more alliance description option that's why i am wondering he is still in the alliance but there is no option to check alliance description. I thought may be they can't send him any more support...
Also 1 more thing it doesn't allow you to transport any resources either

just ask his alliance leader if you can have it. If hes really gone and none of his team mates have made a move to capture it, why wouldnt they give it to you? They dont even lose honor from lost outposts.

Thats weird, a strong alliance capable of sending 3000 men in support usually would kick out inactive, ruined members, unless they're coming back...? As Starting Line said, you should consider approaching the alliance leader IF he has a good reputation.. ;D
