Your resource production slows down, as animalkingdom said, as well as your troop production and tool production. Your build speed is reduced, as well.

You cannot go below 0% PO, due to the formula calculated involving square numbers. However, you can go "into the red" - below 100%.

Hey i had a heap of maceman in my barracks and one day i want to do a massive attack but 30 of them are guarding the walls of my castle and it wont let me use them, i can use the five spearmen i have stationed on the wall thou but not the macemen. why is this??(:S:huh:

This shouldn't be happening. Make sure that you are on the "attacking" section of the attack screen. If the macemen are not there and they do appear on your wall defences, this is a bug so please report it to support.
