Dont forget if you have alliance you can get some goods from them

Of course, they do not have to give it to you if they dont want to. If that fails, steal from a robber baron or another player (if you have the military strength that is)

If they dont want give you alhough its just some so its not an alliance and I suggest you to out from the alliance that are very stingy,But you right Alliance sometimes not have a good amount of stuff,If fails or you have no alliance Loot someone
