I remember a while back there was a spreadsheet that we were able to download from here. I was wondering if there was a way for me to upload an excel spreadsheet on here once I've completed it and have a moderator or one of the game support crew evaluate it as to whether or not it would be appropriate to freely distribute.
Currently, the file contains 10 sheets:
4 are dedicated to maps of the 4 different kingdoms which would allow alliances to map out member location in relation to a reference point of their own choosing. No, I did not map out robber baron castles or anything ridiculous like that. They are blank grids where each cell represents 2 square units. Using the "find" option, and selecting "match case" + "match entire cell contents" allows me to find and go to alliance members anywhere on the spreadsheet map by using a specifically designated number that is assigned to them. The only downside to the maps is they tend to be huge, especially for The Great Empire(550 cells x 550 cells) but is necessary to prevent overlap of player locations.
4 are dedicated to recording pertinent castle data such as unit and tool numbers, resource production and consumption rates, castle defenses, etc. The Everwinter Glacier, Burning Sands, and Fire Peaks castle data sheets also have sections for recording resource villages that the player has captured and units that have been stationed in them.
1 sheet is used for alliance notes and also has a section for adding alliances to Pacts and Non-Aggression lists that go beyond what the game allows you to add to the in-game list and alliance announcements.
The final sheet is for optimizing castle configurations and has a mock-up outline of 3 types of castles that are 60 squares by 60 squares and allows you to arrange buildings by cutting & pasting. For example, a 6 x 6 square would represent a barracks, tavern, encampment, or guardhouse depending on the color. The three types of castles are: The Great Empire Main Castle, Outpost, and the last one is for the 3 other kingdoms. I did not bother working with smaller castles since I did not feel that optimization should be a concern until a player has expanded their walls to their fullest extent.

Thumbnail images used in the sheets have been taken from screenshots of the game and are used for icons, illustrations, etc.

An individual's ability or desire to make full use of the sheets will be dependent on their skill level with Microsoft Excel, the ability to read English, and or whether or not they even have it installed on their computer. Most of it simply requires them to know how to click on a cell and enter numbers, but there are some areas that require modification of the formula(such as when a bakery is constructed or upgraded, the formula for calculating food consumption in that castle must be changed accordingly).

Generally, these sheets will be a help for some while others may find it more of a hassle.

It gives me something to do while I wait on constructions, traveling armies, etc. I actually had a sheet which listed all of the travel velocities of every unit for each travel option(no horses, horses lvl 1 stables, lvl 2 stables, etc.) that calculated the travel times. All you had to do was plug in the distance. I ended up removing it since things such as alliance travel upgrades & research tower upgrades affect attack/support velocities and I didn't feel like trying to find them all.

You should upload it to a public dropbox folder and then post the link here somewhere.

You could always add to GoogleDocs and link it here. Resources are always useful.

Edit: By using the "Advanced Edit" option, I found the button to attach files, so if you prefer to just attach it to the post, that's how you do it.

Post was well over 2 years ago, so the original poster might not be around anymore, but you could try personal message to them.
