That depends who's attacking and who's defending and the circumstances surrounding the attacks. Basically there isn't a rule on number of attacks. You'll have to provide more information.

Player Soulburner has attacked me twice in said time,when i confronted him/her about it i was told to give all the food resources i have or basically the attacks would continue.If this kind of bullying is the norm of this game and community then i want NO part of either.

If Someone full online in 24 hours he can attack someone in 24/3=8 Because We need 3 hours to attack him again
So the answer 8 times per day

Bullying = Attacking someone while they are burning, or attacking them 2-3 times in a week.
Since you are in USA 1 you should message "Regulators" who handles bullying. Regulators is an alliance, not a person :P

No 2 or 3 times a week is not the max the bully is attacking someone 2-3 times/Day

Bullying is what he is doing by telling you that you have to give him food or he will keep attacking you what is his name

when people attack others and tell the to give them all your resources and they could be a level 10 and you could be a level 15 and they cant defeat your army and i am a level 7 and my castles names is darklord 100. and i am in usa 1

Im gunna assume ur one of those people who bully’s the people around them yeah it’s a war game but telling people to give you all their resources or ur gunna keep attacking them is not cool it makes people not wanna play the game its above all suppose to be fun

I dont consider attacking people twice a day as bullying. Its the aim of the game.
If they are low level, and you arent gaining much from the attacks, then yes, it would be bullying. But if someones castle gives me thousands of resources each attack, then Im going to continue. As castles stop giving me enough resources, then I move on to bigger targets.
It is a war game, so you are either going to be attacking or defending. Decide which type of player you want to be, and go for it.

if u think about if u went to war the best idea is to attack the leader and genrals so they that they carnt rebuild meaning that the other players have to help him making them weak so that they can be burned easly so i demends how u think about it

Attacking your neighbours time after time isn't the best way to play in my opinion. In a few months they may be stronger than you. Don't poo-poo on your own doorstep, that's my advice.

Yes i understand it's a war game,I also understand that an attack on your settlement does happen.However...Telling me to give up goods or else is blatent bullying.I expected to get hit but not blackmailed into giving goods or face destruction.I was really enjoying this game,What a waste of my time.

That's bullyin, but what he's saying is legal to do. I think that he should put his expectations down though.
