If you want an outpost, try and capture one for yourself. Besides, I just visited your castle, and you have an outpost already.

I just looked and there are like 4 outposts by you; some food, stone and shiny food outposts are within a fairly close distance. They are all less than 9 miles away. look for yourself.

You can capture your own outpost or capture someone outpost
If me i more like to capture someone outpost because its will turn easy we not must build from first and we can get free town house or bakery(If our target have one):D:D
