i want to know how to calculate public order .For example why public 94 will turn into 19% extra production

if u mean counting PO its

PO=(Decorative Items+Protection)+(Population+Unrest)
Example:
Decorative:90
Protection:85
Population:-145
Unrest:-0

So,(90+85)+(-145+0)=175+-145=175-145=30 so its just 110% until 111% public order

I think he meant how you get from that number to a percentage. Its not a linear realation, you need a higher and higher number to increase 1 percentage point in PO the closer you get to 200% (which I think is the maximum?).

first, there are already threads about this
second the formula is 2*square root(public order number)
third, the limit isnt 200% many people claim to have more

There is no real maximum. There is a limit on how much you can currently get, and there is an amount which is reasonable because you can actually have that PO along with all the buildings you need.

And yeah, the formula is either:

a) 2*square root of PO + 100%
or
b) Square root of (4*PO) + 100%

So, for instance, a PO of 9 would be 106% because:

a) Square root of 9 = 3
3*2 = 6
100% + 6% = 106%

and

b) 4*9 = 36
Square root of 36 = 6
100% + 6% = 106%
