There are three other kingdoms. Everwinter Glacier which can be unlocked at level 25, Burning Sands which can be unlocked at level 40 and Fire Peaks at level 50.
You build a castle there and control resource villages to supply the castle with wood, stone and food.

They are not "from" another kingdom they just have a castle there too. The kingdoms are connected together. Everyone still has a castle in the great empire, where you are now.

Those are informal terms used by players who can't be bothered to write out "Everwinter Glacier", "The Burning Sands" and "Fire Peaks".
Anyway, back to the original question:
In the other kingdoms, you will have the opportunity to build most of the buildings you can build in your normal castle. You can NOT build the following buildings:
- Estate
- Tavern
- Research
- Encampment
You can also build a new building: the loot warehouse (available from level 26).
You can produce resources and recruit troops, like with any castle/outpost. However, there are smaller maximum occupancy rates in these kingdoms (1 for wood, 1 for stone and 2 for food). You can attack players, and there are also different versions of robber baron castles e.g. barbarian towers in Everwinter Glacier. You can complete new quests, although once you reach level 41, you can no longer gain XP from Everwinter Glacier quests.
The loot warehouse allows you to capture resource villages. Resource villages increase your production of that resource - a wood/stone village increases all wood/stone by 20%, and the food village increases production by 30%.
You can also attack fortresses, which are found at various places on the map (a lot rarer than RBCs - about one every 10/15 miles). Each world has a different fortress. Each fortress provides a large amount of coins and rubies, but once one player attacks a fortress (and wins), there is a ~18 hour cooldown period in which no player can attack the fortress (like with an RBC, but applying to everyone). Fortresses never grow stronger, but you can get a lot from them - just the weakest fortress provides 10,000 coins and 150 rubies.
Oh, and each world has a different background.

yes, you only have to
Click on the new kingdom's Icon > Click on the kingdom you like to send resources > then choose the castle, resources you want to send
you will lose certain % of the resources depending of the target kingdom and also of what kingdom you are sending the resources from

Sending resources is discouraged, which is way some of the resources will be lost. However, it is hard to get your castle started in the new kingdoms, so when you get going, I recommend that you send over as many resources as you can afford (as long as your storage can support them).
Sending resources from the new kingdoms to the Great Empire is highly discouraged, so there is a big 70% loss there. Castles in new kingdoms were not designed to be mines for resources for your main in the original kigndom - they are supposed to stand alone.
With sending troops, there are costs. When you get to a higher level, these costs don't matter much. However, it is better to recruit troops in the new kingdoms as well so that you can get more troops overall.

Eventually it will seem worth it. Personally, I waited until I had my main castle and all outposts full size and level 3 walls, towers, gate and keep.
What you do get out of everwinter glacier is a lot of easy XP points adn you can level up a lot faster. Also tomorrow's update should make it a lot easier to get villages.
I think it depends on your alliance. Stronger alliances will thrive in the new kingdoms as they will be able to support better.

The spies are transferable from all kingdoms - you can use 5 in your outpost in Great Empire, 7 in Everwinter and 3 in Fire Peaks if you want. I think 60 spies (3 level 3 taverns in your main in 4 kingdoms) would make guardhouses useless, because the other player would always be able to reach the minimum risk (5%).

In the burning sands, the troops are different, how can we recruit troops like those? They seem to be stronger, and our troops are useless. I had 150 against their 60, and loss. Used the strongest troops too. How many of the troops this game give, do we use against them to win?

That is not true, the Burning sands troops have the same strength as the Norsemen.
