click on the icon with rubies in a small brown pouch(called king's market) than on the bottom it shows how much rubies you have and beside it theres a icon with a ruby and a plus sign click on that.

You buy rubies with real money, just press the + on ruby slot.

But if you are high level (like 60) you have the potential of earning 600 rubies a day!
