Hi I have a question regarding voting rubies...
So I voted and sent the confirmation email to GGS and after some time I got a reply from them and it said this:
Thank you for your support with the voting for the best European Browsergame. We have received your email and we will add the rubies for Empire or the gold for Mafia to your account as soon as possible.

well and in other languages too (think everybody got that after voting and sending a confirmation email to GGS)
So my question is when do i get the the rubies? I have the same amount as I had before they sent me that email. And yes i got 150 rubies (or whatever amount the rubies were for winning)

Hi LordVako,

If you only sent it on August 15th it probably missed the current batch. All of the rubies are processed in batches so will probably be on the next one. If you can contact support and provide them the details they will be happy to investigate further.

I sent them the confirmation link and all the rest on Saturday, August 11, 2012 5:09 PM (date from the sent email) and received THERE mail on Wednesday, August 15, 2012. So in the and will I receive the rubies or are they lost?

You will receive the rubies eventually. I know that it's been a while, but be patient.

Just in case you're doubting this, I and many others have received the 500 rubies, but I sent the message as soon as they made the announcement about it (I had already voted).

yeh I voted and have seen your thread or reply that you got the rubies. yeh probably I know that I will get them just thought the GGS forgot or thought that they gave to all the voters and were done. Hope I made seance in the writing as English is not my main language

I to, haven't recieved the rubies that were promised. Didn't actaully think about it until this thread. I voted and recieved the same email, at the time I had exactly 1000 rubies. I thought it might take some time, or I would have to open it through an email of some sort, but to the day I haven't recieved them. I suppose I should send a ticket for that now as well. Thanks for reminding me

Don't send a ticket for it. Why on earth would you send a ticket when you've just read the words "You will receive the rubies eventually"?

You speak better English than most people on here. Apart from a couple of small mistakes ("i" instead of "I", "there" instead of "their", "seance" instead of "sense"), it was perfect.

yeh English writing is little difficult for me. I'm just to lazy to "triple" check on google so I'm just "double" checking with spell corrector on mozilla firefox
