Does anyone know how long it takes before your castle goes to ruins? Because my account is currently suspended for no reason, which btw I have gotten no response from support about. So does anyone know about how long it takes to go to ruins because I really dont want that to happen to me.

The couple of days your castle will turn into ruins is your level + 1 day. Say your a level 20 then your castle turns into ruins after 21 days of not playing the game.

What do you mean with suspended. Can't login on your account then make sure you have selected the right server. It is a problem many people have. Not sure if it also the case with you.

You may have not been suspended just having trouble logging in. Make sure you got the world set on united states 1 and you are entering the correct user and password. If you dont remember the username or the password you can look on the confirmation email you were sent when you got your account. But if you were actually suspended im not sure what to do

So... im level 53 and say ill be off for 4 weeks (28days) My castle will turn to ruins in 54 days?

No i have the right server and everything. When i press log in, a message comes up that says "Your account is suspended, please contact support." So i dont know what to do. But thanks, hopefully I get my account back within 25 days.

when i was low level, my account was suspended on my second day of playing, but it had a countdown and I got access back very quickly

Do NOT contact support more than once. Wait until they reply.

Have you ever sent or received a password from another player? If so, that is against the rules and you will be banned.

i just had this problem it took them just over a week to get back to me said i was playing on the same server as some one else turned out that i was playing on the school server. so wait patiently then wait some more.... then some more...

there may also have been a server down time don't contact support if it doesn't say you've been suspended.

Your castle turns into ruins after x+1 days with x being your current level.

sir, same as me i cant even log in my account says is suspended, what did you do to take recover back your account? please gve me soem ideas and advice what to do?

Contact support, then wait and be patient. Also, review the rules of the game so that you don't break anymore rules.
