Your account is not blocked, please make sure you are trying to log into the correct server usa1.
Before you entered the King Thorn event it was stated very clearly that it would end on August 24th. It did run for 30 days, and if you had started the day it started, then you would have had this time. Your troops will return to you when the event is over, but the tents you sent and items you spent rubies on was your choice. The dates were clearly stated, therefore I am unable to grant you rubies.

I don't see the problem at all. It was pretty obvious to me that the thorn king would end on that date and that all the troops there would return to my main castle afterwards. Not having enough food to feed them was a silly mistake. A schoolboy error.

First of all the Thorn King really did last for 30 days meaning 1 month. it started on July 24,2012 and ended on August 24,2012. troops would have been sent to the main castle when the event (Thorn King) would've ended and resources too and as for the buildings rubie or non rubie wouldn't have been sent "Back". If you bought rubie buildings it is your fault and only your fault not GGS or any other player. And one more thing next time you buy the rubies for any event BE sure when it will end check in the forums and in the official announcement section, or just ask other people in the forum.

Hi martha1,
As has been pointed out the start and end dates were clearly displayed when entering the event. All ttoops and resources should have been returned to you, but not the buildings or any rubies spent in the event.
What you have been told by Brianna in support is completely correct.

Martha1, in life, you can't go complaining to someone else when the first person says no. Either reply to Brianna and politely argue your case, or accept that what Brianna says is right (since it is). DON'T come crying to us, especially when your post is written in full capital letters (except one letter and the message which was copied and pasted).
What Brianna said was completely correct. The date was stated from the start, and if you were too stupid to read it then that was your fault. Not only did I have to read the date, I had to spend 5 minutes working out what it meant - the date was written in American style (month/day/year) whereas I'm English and used to the English format (day/month/year).
If you spent rubies on the event then that was YOUR mistake and no-one else's. Live with it.

I don't get this thread is a waste, and why typing in CAPS anyway, many people who play this game, don't gave the patience to read or anything
