Topic: [76468] My account

[-76468] bloodyprincess [None] :: Sept. 1, 2012, 3:35 p.m.
My real account is actually called bloodyepicness in world2
Unfortunately, I gave my account to my friend dtaexcel to use my account for a while since I wont have internet.
But then I found out he had changed the password.
Is there anything I can do?
His girlfriend, Nooreenbean is using my account.

contact the support. but if you ask me you and the second guy (dtaexcel) broke the rule of multy accounting. But I might be wrong....

If you gave someone your password, then you broke the rules. "Account sitting" is not allowed. There is nothing we can do, and I personally do not want to help someone who broke the rules.

However, I suppose if you contacted support, they could ban the player using your account.

EDIT: LordVako just posted before me. This IS against the rules, so tough luck and next time play fair.

DOUBLE EDIT: I contacted tracey1991, the leader of your former alliance, and have explained everything and posted a link to this thread. Hopefully, tracey will expel the member who stole your account from the alliance.

You can reset your password by clicking forgot password when you log in and enter your email, then go to your email and it will show your password. :) HOPE THAT WORKS:)

SpideyBoarder is correct this should work, but as stated earlier in the thread account sitting is not allowed. Excerpt from game rules...
1. Account
The owner of an account is always the holder of the e-mail address that was deposited in the account. The user is responsible for his password and the security of its data himself.
The rightful owner of an e-mail address to which a game account is created, is always in the right to allow the account to be edited or deleted.
An account may only be played alone at all times. "Account-sitting is not allowed.
The exchange, giving away or selling of accounts is strictly prohibited.

Its against the rules you shouldnt have done it in the first place if he gets banned its just action that needs to be taken for breaking the rules.

If you don't ban someone when they break the rules, then they will keep doing it again. The player broke the rules. There is no excuse.

Wow, first off, for all of you above, don"t believe everything you read. This kid, Epic, told our alliance he was leaving the game, and because he was doing so, he gave his account to my GF to use so she and I could play in the same alliance. We fixed up his castles, we bought rubies, and all of a sudden we get a message from him, let me back let me back AFTER he heard we bought rubies. Well, sorry dude, that isn't the way it works. Nobody is using two accounts, and nobody has done anything to this guy without him knowing about it.

I play this game with respect and honor, and to me, this issue is embarrassing and causing un-needed attention.

Epic, grow up (he is 10), stop trying to get people in trouble because you want to use your account that now has rubies in it.

Many 10 year olds are quite mature. If maturity was based solely on age, I would imagine that many players in this game are -3500 years old.

It is against the rules for two players to use one account. Even if you were telling the truth, your girlfriend would be breaking the rules because the account was owned by Epic previously. Even if she did buy rubies, that affects nothing. And no, I don't care if your GF dumps you as a result of this.

one thing i am not 10
i am 14
i have already told dta that i was not leaving the game. i was only out for a little while because of internet and school

i came on finding out that i couldn't log on
I immediately talked to tracey about it
i had no clue that dta bought rubies on it.

Bloodyprincess can't because she doesn't have access to the account.

I have tried to help, but this is starting to get tedious. I think these 2 can work it out for themselves.

anyhow both broke the rules first for giving his/her account, ad the second for taking it, so ban them I's says.
P.S I do know that i wrote the above ending in mistake and I did it with my mind full open... :D:D

Hi all,

Just wanted to add a bit on to this matter.

You cannot give away your account, even temporarily. If you give your account details to someone else then to be honest, that is your own problem. It is against the rules and has been mentioned several times in the forums.
