This morning I was playing as usual but I decided to create another account in a different world. After I created the account, I played in the new account for 30 minutes. I wanted to get back to my old account. When I logged on it said welcome back: you citizens gave you 875 rubies and the game started again and I was level 1! What happened to my account that was level 21? Can anyone tell me the reason for this?

If you used the same email to set up a new account, your other account will get restarted. I think you might want to contact support, their link is:

your account shouldnt get restarted even if you use the same email for another account in a different world its not against the rules. Contact support with details about your issue and hopefully they can help you solve it good luck though they sometimes take a while to answer back but be patient thats all i have to say.

are you sure you are putting the correct server, and the correct password?
where your account was?

I think you may have to clear your cache using F5.

The cache is not cleared by pressing "F5", that "refresh" the page, to clear your cache follow the Instructions in your browser to do it, or use a third party cache cleaner
