i have 111 mem in my army if some one knows that is the army is fit for my level i am level 23?(

That's really bad, I'm lv. 22 and I have 250+ troops. You really need to heavily work on recruiting soldiers.

Different players have different strategies. While I plan on having at least 6 lvl 9 stone quarries/woodcutters in my finished main castle, many players don't have any of them to maximise on food production.

In other words, there is no answer to your question. It's looking like you don't have as many troops as other players do/did at that level, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

But no matter what your strategy you should have enough troops to defend yourself from attacks by other players. If this player has only 100 troops and that includes his outposts, a lv. 12 player could beat him and take valuable resources, much less someone around his level. Now if they are all hals and archers he may have a chance, but I doubt that's what his entire army consists of.

big words from a newbie when I was his level I had about 50 men in my army and now I'm a level 45 landgrave.

Just cause I'm newer to the game doesn't mean I don't know understand how it works. And I'm sure you either got attacked a lot or had some strong friends.

All my friends were weaker than me and no I was not attacked much at all.

I'm assuming you kept your head down and didn't attack anyone else? Cause if you had any honor (in the game) then you just got lucky, that's all there is to it.

That really depends on what type of men you have. Also, is this the entire army in your main or combined? If its combined, thats pretty bad. IF not, not bad for your main at your level ( unless its all men that eat 2 food)

that about average if they are two handed sword men and thats just your main castle but if they are macemen and thats all of your attack troops combined its not good .

I bet ur army is all spearmen and bowmen. cause I have 200 troops and they r all hals and longbowmen

No, an army should be pretty even, so I have all different kinds of troops, but no spearmen or bowman at my main castle, they're too weak.

Taha is that for just your main castle, or is that including your outposts? And what kind of troops do you mostly have?

i have 113 now 22 marauder(got from the camp) 21 two-handed swords 10 crossbowmen 10 macemen 10 bowmen 16 spearmen 3 swordsmen 5 archers and 16 halberdier all at my main castle none at any outposts
