I have lost troops several time and filer report each time the only response I ever get is from "MARILYN" saying she has deleted my mesage and conttact support! Help me get my troops back! The last time I losst them was in the swine king tey neve returned home! Now it hasbeen a couple of weeks and I no longer have the information! Who is tihs marilyn and why is she intercepting my messages and deleting them? I am trying to remain positive but is hard when the game managment refuses to communicate with the players! I know of several other people that have also lost troops . They wont even file becaause they feel it is a waste of time! One thing i can add about troops going missing is do not log of off your computer if you have any troops out on an attack or returning from an attack ! Leave your computer run so you dont loose your troops! Please fix the "bugs" in this game it`s not much fun when the game is screwing up all oof the time, It`s to the point to where I dont dare to try anything new for fear i will get swindled by the game! please help! ps do not delete this message!

That is because you are writing messages on a forum, not sending a message to support, who are the people responsible for fixing your problem. The reason your threads are deleted is because there is already a thread for this problem. GGS have communicated with the players in that thread about this problem and what you should do.

Try actually CONTACTING SUPPORT, since they are the only people who can help you.

Firstly, my name is not Marilyn and i am not a she!

Secondly, if your messages have been moved or dleated it is because you are posting them in completely the wrong place. We already have a thread in the bugs forum concerning missing troops and so there is no need for you to create a new one just for your issue. As i have already pointed out many times before, the only way to get your troops back is to contact Support. We cannot give them back to you via the forum.
