Hey, I know this is probably a bit late. But did enyone ever get those 600 rubies for voting for ggs? I did and I posted the info that showed I did, but got nothing about getting 600 rubies. Im a little upset about that, did I do something incorrect when stating that I voted?

As far as I know I thought it was 500 rubies. Did you sent them an email with the information that they requested? I know I sent them an email and they responded stating that they would add the rubies to my account but I am still waiting.

I posted the information they required and got my 500 rubies about 5 days later, along with the 100 they promised if they won the award. I used them up pretty fast though, but it was good while it lasted.

Ok, I saw that other people were just posting that they voted, so I did too. Ill see about e-mailing them and hopefully I can get my 500 rubies, lol, not 600.Thanks

Hi guys,
If you haven't had the rubies for voting then chances are that you did not supply the correct information. I would recommend contacting support and they can investigate for you.

I even got email from GGS that the info that I sent was correct, but no rubies given. I even started a thread but still no answer. when will I get my rubies?

They want you to send them the registration link for the European Games Awards voting site at the email specified in the announcement talking about this, to prove that you voted for GGS. They then want you to state the username and world of the account that you want to get the 500 rubies on.
However, you can't vote anymore, so you can't get the rubies if you didn't vote before. I'm not even sure that GGS have kept monitoring the email address or give out the reward any more.
