how i can send economic espionage for another castle????

go on espionage then at the top youll see military then click the down arrow then click economical

Go to the castle you want to spy on and click once, then choose the espionage option (little picture of a spy).

All of this is explained in the in-game help - click help, game help and then scroll down to No. 18 Agents. Lots of useful info there
