Most loading problems can be solved by clearing the browser and flash cache.

Maybe your game doesn't load because of an update? I had the same problem yesterday, from my home pc I could access my account (after 20 minutes of loading) but in 2 hours from my work pc I couldn't access because of an update(?) until this morning...
