I am dismantling a stone outpost and relocating it to a food outpost. Is there any way I can take the decorative items with me? It appears that when I place items in storage they are only stored at the outpost where I originally placed them; is there any way around this?

as far is i know there is none. You can't transport decorative items between OP's

No. You can't transport resources from one castle to another. If you could, people would capture outposts with ruby decos and move the decos to their main castle before getting another outpost with ruby decos.
