So I have figured out how to get this 4th outpost, I'm not sure if this is going to be part of the game or this is a bug.
Please don't ask me how to get it since if this is actually a bug it will soon get fixed and I don't want it to spread.
I only have this 4th outpost because many other players have them as well and I want to be able to compete and in case this is part of the game I would like to have a head start on building it up.
If this is a bug I hope they ask all players to abandon their 4th outpost and will remove it from the game. I don't mind if they do that since I believe this game has enough in it already. A moderator has been notified and therefore the developers will decide what to do with it.

The only reasons for not sharing that info is because
A You know it is an exploit to the game.
B You want to maintain your unfair advantage in the game.
I know that people like you who choose to use exploits are normally banned from the games they exploited. But, as this one has shown so many uncharacteristic s to other games as in, customers support seems nonexistent here. You and the rest of the exploiters may just get away with it. Only time will tell.
Action was already taken. One of the 4 OP people are in my alliance. The 4th one is 'locked', they are unable to do anything with it. It will not allow them to build, send, etc. They have no advantage.
Currently GGE is investigating the cause and then will fix them all at once. Don't worry, they are not getting any advantage out of it.
Contact support here and they will sort it out. This player may not know this is the rules but that is unlikely and it is against the rules to use a bug to you'r advantage so they will sort this out.
So action is being taken. 4th ones are being locked.

Well he was talking about a 4th outpost, not a main castle. And when you go into someone's information page the villages look the same as any other outpost. And ok, I wasn't sure so thank you for clarifying that for me.
When you go into someone's information page, the villages cannot be seen. I don't know what you're talking about.

There is a bug where some players appear to have 4 'outposts'. This is being rectified.

I meant in the game, when you click on a player's castle and then click on Player Info, you can see all there outposts and villages. They look almost the same. But as Bunzy has clarified, it is a bug.

I understood what you meant but no - you can't. All you can see is their main castle in each kingdom and their outposts.

Those are main castles and outposts. We were talking about food, wood and stone villages available in Everwinter Glacier, The Burning Sands and Fire Peaks.

No I was talking about the new main castle you get when you unlock a new region, as Redrooster showed you. As I had not entered a new region yet I didn't know they had RVs, so forgive my ignorance in choice of words in my previous posts.
