Making one is too hard. Just capture one.

But it will be better if we take one with our alliance members!

Capturing one is much harder cause some guys have 5000 to 30000 heavy troops like i attacked one it had 30000 troops all vet!

you cant build a capital city you have to capture one and there are only about 3 on the map

In my world people say there are 4 hmmm.......but i see only 2
