My alliance has a capital and we will be building the palace soon but i would just like to know from someone who knows for sure or someone who's alliance has built a palace, are the special troops given to everyone in the alliance or just the member who captured the capital?

yes you get special troops they are kingsgard troops like knight of the kingsgaurd and crossbowman of the kingsgaurd (there are 2 more but i'll let you find them)

every member in the alliance can buy them with coins in there barracks if you have a palace/capital

When ur alliance captures 1 of the capitals then u can build a palace
