i had mailed support about a week ago. when the new marauders event came out. and i had got a auto email but none of them replied yet. should i mail them again??(

Can I just emphasise the point again for the people who just don't get it (not you NicKor - other people)?
Support are partly taking so long to reply because of people sending multiple tickets. Assuming that you get the automatic email, NEVER EVER SEND MORE THAN 1 TICKET FOR THE SAME ISSUE.
