When the game is over?
I play in Bulgaria server 1 .
want to ask when the server restarts or what needs to be done to complete?

the game is never "over" in fact

Game over is when 5 alliances pile you and after all the attacks you quit.

The game will be "Over" when you decide to stop playing/quit. The servers will never be "Restarted", Because there are LOTS of guys who have bought almost everything with rubies and the GGS won't just let them throw away all of there rubies (for witch they payed for).
And in a matter of fact I don't want the servers to be restarted, because all of my "Hard work" (Time) would be wasted for nothing.

Some months ago the level limit was 37, then 43 now 60, it is just about waiting for updates too see if the level cap is increased, and besides just because you are a level 60 doesn't mean you finished the game, I am level 60 and I still have to complete research upgrades for example
