Well, i was wondering if you guys have like a way to get enemies of nearly the same level as you are. all the players around me are like ten levels below my level, so there's no cause to attack them.

TBH, if you're at a reasonable level (I would say lvl 30+), then attacking someone 10 levels below you isn't that bad, especially if their honour is higher than yours. However, any more than that and it starts to get a bit iffy - you generally won't gain honour/glory from that battle and people will call you a bully if you attack someone much weaker than you.
When you get to a higher level, or buy stables level 2 or 3, distance becomes less of a problem. Attacking someone 50 miles away is like a short stroll and you've got attacks that take over a day just to get there.
