Hi, it seems today that when I am trying to move my cursor, it is acting like someone else is playing with it remotely, I would like that to stop as it is ruining my play

Yeah- the cursor seems rather laggy. I don't know what's happening, but it's annoying.

It's just lag. It may be your connection or you may have too many flash programs running. Try re-installing flash or clearing your cache (see FAQs).
But then you're both on the same server so it may be that. Everyone gets it sometimes.
Good luck.

It's due to the way your browser is handling flash.
Use Chrome and it will be solved.

I use firefox as a browser and had no such trouble until today

The "adobe flash player" plug-in of Google Chrome causes the cursor to have "latency" try using another browser Instead

I use multiple browsers (firefox and IE) on different computers and noticed the lag after the last update. Mouse slow to control and not moving at the speed I am controlling it (sometimes, not often). Game play effected.

I only have cursor latency if I use Chrome, but that have to be a bug in the game itself

This is beyond latency, the cursor is moving places I did not make it go to, and would not come back under my control, I will son find a way to block their access and make it so that they need permission. I was going to click on peasants with coin and resource balloons and soon the cursor was acting as if someone was checking all pof my buildings. My normal cursor appeared a s a two headed line, and the game cursor also kept disappearing at times, this is some idiot at tech support screwing around based on the behavior of the cursor.

That only happens with the cursor "In-game"? or even when you are not playing Empire your cursor "acts" like someone is using it from a remote computer?
Tech-support? Sound more like a hacker to me

Hi all,
It is most likely down to an issue with the latest version of Flash. I have had this issue myself and found that downgrading fixed the issue. THe bug team is looking into it a the moment to find out if it is a problem with the game or a problem with Flash at the moment.
Regards,
Malreyn
