To capture villages in the, Everwinter Glacier, Burning Sands and Fire Peaks Kingdom, you have to build a Loot warehouse available from level 26 in your castle, after this building is finished you can select the option to "capture" the Villages around, you can spy them too see the soldiers they have, a "capture" attack against a Village don't need anything more than an army, and don't need castellans or something

1. Get up to level 25.
2. Donate the necessary resources to join a new kingdom - Everwinter Glacier, Burning Sands or Fire Peaks.
3. Get at least one extension - you need enough space to build a fairly large building.
4. Build a loot warehouse (level 26+) in the main castle in the new kingdom.
5. Click on the food/stone/wood village that you want to capture. Note: you can take villages from other players.
6. Press "Occupy" (the red and white target).
7. Send the capture attack that you want to.
8. Wait until the capture attack lands.

If you win the attack, you will then get that village. Each wood/stone village gives you a bonus 20% of that particular resource (almost like another sawmill/stonemason). Each food villages gives you a bonus of 30%. There is a maximum of 5 of each type of village (well, there will be after an update soon).

Which isn't one of their best updates... :(
