Could Some please tell me how to join or make a Guild. I'm already part of an alliance :?:

Guilds only exist in writing. There's no actual function within this game concerning guilds.
If you want to be a part of one you would need to ask a current member alliance or be invited by message.
To create your own all you need to do is type it into your alliance description and then invite other alliances to join.

What Baldrick has said is true, but you might be asking something else:
"Guild" is a term often used by foreign players, especially on these forums, because the direct translation from their native language to English is "guild". If you see someone here talking about a "guild", it is likely that they are just talking about their alliance.
