How on earth do people manage to keep their troops from deserting while have 500 odd halbs and longbows? And a medium sized attacking army? I just want to know this, cause i'm in minuses just with attacking troops!

I have a bakery level 1, already got a shiny food, but that's got a huge attacking army too :P and for ruby decos, they are quite expensive until you have gone into everwinter (which im doing right now!!!!)

You only have 4 farmhouses. Most players eventually have at least 10. I would say build some more.
Also, in your outposts, always upgrade the 100% farms to the highest level first, then work on the lower producing ones.
Build some storage in Everwinter and I'll send some supplies over.

Right now I have 8 farmhouses in my main castle in the Empire world, the 8th one (occupancy 23%) is level 10 and produce 75,9 of food
that depends mainly of the castle/type of outpost
My 13th plant of food in my 8 food outpost produces 97,9 (level 9, 31% of occupancy)

214% and I am still building some decorations, and I have level 5 food bonus (research), and that also depends of the kingdom too

Not bad, When you unlock the park at level 32 you will boost your PO if you build them

I mean what to do for the food supply at level 25 with 126% PO lol :P
