When U buy rubies, how long do they take to get into ur account?

Everytime I've bought rubies I got them almost instantly

The player in question will have to contact support. It's the only way to resolve any issue there may be. Could it be that he/she bought them during one of the recent prime times where the servers were overloaded? I went through the process of purchasing twice and although it looked like the sale had gone through it hadn't. Get him/her to check the card transactions. If it's on the card then contact support.
