I dont know whats happening but i when i go sometimes to attack robber baron castles and i win and then i have some soldiers coming back they never are there
idk if its just me or the game

It is a game bug contact support and well send a ticket with all the information about the troops you lost, or post on one of the thread in the bug section of "missing troops"

If you win the attack, the remaining soldiers come back to your castle, which takes a little time. If you mean that the remaining troops never came back, it means its a bug.
