people ar always saying you should have 100 or 200 and so on but know one has reall said how many yuo really need i am on level 29 and i really wanna know how many troops i should have over all in all castle i have two ops one witerland and main and if possible could you tell me what sought that would be really helpful

First it depends on the alliance that you are in. STEEL, bad boys, Hells Warriors, Sparta, Fun Fighters, Musketiere, Black ~ Rose, or all their different divisions, are highly recommended. If you are a member of one of these alliances, you have a pact with all others, so you would get attack much much less if you're part of one of them.
But if you are part of a small alliance, you should be careful because if you have too much honor, like 1200+ you would be attacked for getting your honor.
And if you have low honor, you would be considered a weak player, also players would attack you for loot, even though they wouldn't get any honor out of it.
If you are not attacked very often, i suggest you keep getting attackers.
However, if you are constantly attacked get 100 defenders, like 50 halberdiers and 50 longbowman. These will equally defeat ranged and melee soldiers. If they attack you before you gather 100 defenders, recruit them in your outpost, and then send them all in one army to your castle.
However, if you are not attacked in a period of time, and constantly attacked in another, i suggest you keep all of your defenders in your main castle, and all your attackers in two outposts. Keep another army of defenders in your third outpost(when you own a third one), that would help you to resupply your main caste with defenders in case you get attacked and defeated. Once transported, you must start recruiting all over again.
You know, you can't be a strong player with high honor, unless you are part of a strong alliance, because most strong alliances have pacts with each other and you would be protected.
Don't think of this as a hard task, it's really simple. You just need motivation to continue, and ambitions to decide what you will take as a decision that will change your gameplay for ever.
