@Baldrick Went back and traced out the lines to each of his villages. Turns out I took the wrong type. He has 10 or 11 food villages, but only 3 each of wood and stone. So that explains why he was able to retake it. Lol, next time I'll have to be a little more patient. Guess I jumped the gun cuz I was too anxious to take my revenge for a previous attack.

I would much rather have GGS take any RVs away from players with more than 5 of each type than to have it gradually diminish. I have over the max of each type. Now I've got to log on all the time now to prevent anyone from taking them by force. I used to be able to log in a few times a day and if a village was lost I'd just take it back. Until I'm down to 5 of each type I'm going to be a miserable wreck trying to maintain what I've already conquered. It would have been merciful of GGS to have simply cut the chord and be done with it rather than making it a slow death. I haven't posted in a few months but I had to log in to say that.

Agree with Baldrick. I have 10 food villages in ice and to take them i was burned to ground many times and not only in ice. Same thing for the village i have in sand burned down
