I did a 100% accuracy espionage on a rbc, showed defenses of melee on the left and ranged on the right. I sent an appropriate army to attack, lost 6 on the left and 7 on the right. The battle report showed that the actual defenses were ranged on the left and melee on the right when my army attacked. The rbc is only 1.4 "clicks" away and the time between spying report and attack impact was less than 10 minutes.
Are my paid spies not to ever be trusted, or does 100% accuracy mean something different in GGE than it does anywhere else?

sometimes the Robber Baron change the soldiers in the flanks, but that never happened to me with 10 minutes of difference between both the attack and the spy report

Ahhh...flank flipping. What a dirty trick. If there is a possibility that the informaation may not be correct then the slider should only go to 95%, with a small remaining chance that the information is not right. Just like there is always a 5% chance of being caught.
100% should always be 100% imho.

Your spies are double agents working for the enemy...
