Tried searching for this with no success;
Do the flags/banners effect only the fights at the flank that they are applied to?
If you were to send an attack in wave two, without any attackers, is there any effect to the glory obtained in the overall fight?

Smart Dude, please don't triple post. Use the EDIT function.
UltimateStu, I would imagine that it applies to the entire battle. However, it doesn't specify anywhere (at least not anywhere that I know). Depending on how glory is calculated, it might actually be impossible to just get a glory bonus on a single flank. But I really am not sure.

I'm pretty sure it counts for the whole battle. Usually you send the banners at a later wave when there are no more defenders on the wall, because you cant afford to attack without any actual siege tools. They are still used even if there are no soldiers in the wave and section that you send them in. So they should have an effect.
Besides just from an economical standpoint... why would they calculate glory points for each section seperately when they never show it in that much detail anyway. All you get is a number in the end.
