I suppose you have attacked before ?.. Everytime you attack, you can send more attackers to the front, rather than the flanks.. In other words, when someone attack you, they're gonna have more attackers in the middle than the flanks. So you should maybe have 20-60-20 ? 
I'm just guessing.. But you should deffo have more in the middle.. Maybe more ranged in the middle than the flanks too, since people send melee units in the middle.. (Ranged > melee)

It's almost never a good idea to put defenders on all three walls. It spreads you out too much. You're usually far better off splitting your forces between two walls. I like to use a 50/0/50 alignment, a 0/50/50 setup can be effective too.
